All orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are shipped on the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped on time due to an error, we will contact you. We ship your goods with DHL or GLS, depending on your selection at checkout. The delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. Once we have dispatched your package, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your package.
Always free returns and a 90-day open purchase policy
We offer you a 90-day open purchase policy, and you don't need to pay anything to return your item to us. We cover the shipping cost. The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition; otherwise, the right of withdrawal is not applicable. Please contact our customer service if you wish to return your order.
Complaint
If you receive a faulty item, kindly get in touch with us for further instructions. Please make sure to report any defective or damaged items within 14 days. When returning a faulty or damaged item, NJGolf will cover the shipping and packaging costs.
Unclaimed Package
If the package is not collected at the pickup location, NJGolf reserves the right to charge the customer 10€. This charge is applied to cover the round-trip shipping cost and the handling of the shipment.
Force Majeure
Events that occur beyond our control are not within our liability. Events covered by Force Majeure include, for example, war, natural disasters, strikes, and fires, but are not limited to these events. NJGolf Handelsbolag is not responsible for any additional costs resulting from delayed delivery during Force Majeure situations.
