How can I track my shipment?

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can track your package. If you follow the link, you can check your package's status and location. If your package has arrived, but you haven't received a notification, you can always pick it up by using the shipment ID provided in the link. How can I place an order with you?

Go to a product, click 'Add to Cart' on the product page, and then proceed to the checkout. In the checkout, enter your personal information and select a delivery option. Then click 'on the green button and complete your order. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to your email address 1-3 days after the purchase. If you can't find your invoice, you can log in to Klarna to view your invoice.

What payment options are available?

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer the payment options of Credit Card, Invoice (14 days), Bank Transfer, and Pay in Installments. We also accept payments via PayPal.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €6.90 for orders under €99. Orders over €99 always have free shipping.

Can I modify my order?

If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can always make changes. Contact our customer service for further assistance.

I haven't received an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you should always receive an order confirmation at your email address. If you haven't received an order confirmation, it may be due to an incorrectly entered email address. Also, check your spam folder, as sometimes emails end up there. If you still can´t find it, please contact us.

All orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are always shipped the same day. Orders placed in the afternoon, evening, or on the weekend are shipped the next working day.

Start by checking your email. Have you received an email that allows you to track your package? If you've received an email, you can track your package and see where it is. If your package has arrived at the pickup point but you haven't received a notification, you can pick it up using the shipment ID in the link. If this doesn't help, please contact our customer service. If you've chosen home delivery and haven't received your package within 3 days, contact our customer service.

My package has been returned to you.

If the package isn't picked up from the pickup point within 14 days of arrival, it will be returned to us. Charges may apply to cover the costs of both the outbound and return shipping and the processing of the shipment. Please contact customer service for more information.

What does the 90-day return policy mean?

Do I need an account to buy from you?

No, you don't need an account with us to shop. You can proceed to checkout directly without creating an account. The only advantage of having an account is that you can view your purchase history.

Why can't I log in to my account?

All accounts created before 2020 no longer work. We recommend creating a new account or checking out as a guest in the shopping cart. If you created your account in 2020 or later but can't log in, it may be due to incorrect login credentials.

Do you purchase golf balls from individuals?

We buy golf balls from individuals who collect balls. Feel free to contact us if you're interested in selling balls to us, so we can discuss further.

Do you have a physical store?

If you want to shop directly with us, you can visit our warehouse in Vårgårda Sweden. Our opening hours are on weekdays from 07:00 to 14:00.
